Hello! My name is Joshua Ratliff. I am 28 years old, and I’m in love with YaHuWaH God. I long for more of Him; for a deeper understanding of who He is and who He wants to be in me and through me. I am not satisfied with simply relying upon what someone else has to say about who God is, but I want to know Him myself. Crave the WORD, both this blog and on youtube, is where I will be recording teachings and revelations from God’s Word. I don’t expect you, and hope that you wouldn’t, just take what I say as Truth, and also before you start bashing me for something that seems pretty far out there, ask God yourself. Basically the point of this sight is to share what God has and is showing me.
I have only one Teacher, the Holy Spirit, who reveals the Word of God, giving it life and meaning. I do not have a “covering” as some would call it, someone’ else’s ministry who I operate under, but simply the blood of Yahushua (Jesus). If you do not like what I have to say, there are only two possibilities, either I’m missing it (haven’t quite gotten the kinks worked out yet) or maybe you need to get some things worked out between you and God.
I will do my very best to allow only the purest Truth that I know and understand today to be posted on this site. Because there is a purification and refining process to this thing, much of what is recorded will grow and evolve with time, as there has already been so much growth and change in my understanding in the last few years.
In speaking the Truth there will be many offended simply because of our nature, just look at the life of the Anointed One Yahushua (Jesus). However, for those who can get passed themselves and the justification of subpar living, the Truth breathes the Life of God and empowers its followers to be transformed into the image and likeness of YaHuWaH (God). Again, I am not saying that I speak the most truth, or that my message is better than someone else’s. I am only stating the fact that if I do speak the Truth you should be faced with a choice: to embrace what God is speaking, or to run the other way. The Truth, the Way, and the Life, Yahushua, came bringing not peace, but a sword, the Word, by which all things are divided and all things are judged. When faced with the Truth, we will either reject it and go about our business, or we will embrace it by forsaking all other things, even previous understanding. Any combination of the two will not produce a harvest of good fruit (parable of the Sower).
My love for YaHuWaH, and for you is the reason for this website. I am not trying to run my understanding up the flag pole, and I am not attempting to exalt myself above anyone else. I simply want you to know, to believe and trust in YaHuWaH as your source for all things.
May you be blessed beyond measure according to His righteous and heavenly riches which are found only at His feet. Forsake the world, and run to Him.
